PVI enthusiastically supports our community in numerous ways! One way, in particular, is through our affiliation with the Valley Center Community Aid Group (VCCAG). Our goal for 2016 is to donate $1000 to support the outstanding efforts of VCCAG, and this morning, PVI Manager Brandon Strausbaugh was excited to present the first $500 donation at the weekly Realtor Caravan. (June 1st and we’re half way to our goal!) Accepting the check on behalf of VCCAG were John Yeager, Larry McKenzie and Suzie Durant.
Today’s donation was made possible by Stacey Boyer, Krystal Lane, Lisa Ballard, John Yeager, Lori Heck, Suzie Durant, Joyce Holmes and Brian Williams. Thank you, to each of you, for your support of PVI!
If you’re not familiar with VCCAG, it is the non-profit (501c3) entity created by the Valley Center Real Estate Professionals Group to be able to give back to our community. When you use a local member of this Group, they donate a portion of their commissions to fund charitable activities through VCCAG. Over the past 12 years, VCCAG has awarded over $120,000 in scholarships to local graduating seniors. In addition, over $30,000 has been distributed to members of the community who are in need.
By choosing local Realtors, Lenders, Title, Escrow, Insurance and other affiliated companies, you not only benefit the community, you benefit as well! Who better to supply your needs than someone who attends a weekly, local Real Estate Caravan to maintain current and extensive knowledge of local prices, trends, and financing/insurance options available? It just makes sense to keep it local!
If you’re in the market for a Real Estate Professional, be sure to look for the Valley Center Real Estate Professionals logo when making your decision, and you’ll be doing your part to help our community!
